• Any modifications, additional tasks, or unforeseen circumstances may result in an adjusted rate.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or through our website.
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

• Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of future services.
• Returned checks are subject to a processing fee.
